Panera Bread® offers made to order sandwiches, salads and soups that are served with artisan breads baked daily in each bakery-cafe. Panera Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Panera Card. No cash will be given as change from Panera Card purchases except as required by law. Panera Cards are only valid if obtained from a Panera Bread bakery-cafe, www.panerabread.com or another authorized distributor(i.e. MyChoice Gift Cards). It is not valid if obtained from unauthorized sellers, including through Internet auction sites. The value of a Panera Card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission, except in limited circumstance. Use of this Panera Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Delivery method
Mail - Shop in-store:
You will receive a plastic gift card in the mail, which can be used at any participating location for this merchant. Once your gift card has shipped, you should receive it within 3-5 business days via US Postal Mail.
Email - Shop online:
You will receive a gift card number via email, which can be used to shop online, or via telephone if the selected merchant allows catalog shopping. This email gift card CANNOT be printed-out and taken into a store to shop.
* Please note that redemption requests are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a notification via email which with either contains your gift card number (for Email Delivery), or will alert you that your card has been shipped (for Mail Delivery).
